Who We Serve
The Woodlands Porta Pros rents to general contractors, landscapers, film crews, wedding planners and property managers. Construction is our bread and butter. On job sites, we follow OSHA portable toilet requirements so crews meet the 1 toilet facility per 20 workers rule under OSHA 1926.51(c)(1). Homeowners call us for renovation work and disaster cleanup. Event clients rent restroom trailers and portable toilets for festivals, corporate gatherings and outdoor weddings. We also pump residential septic tanks, which typically need service every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and tank capacity. Farmers and agricultural operations trust us for field sanitation. Each customer gets the same honest work.
How We Work
You call or request a quote online. We ask what you need, where it goes and how long. Delivery happens fast, often the same day or next morning. A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and occupies about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We service units weekly as the baseline interval under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, the portable sanitation service standard. For construction site services, we handle placement on difficult terrain and coordinate with your site manager. Septic pumping takes a few hours; a truck pulls up, pumps the tank, hauls the waste and leaves the site clean. Roll-off dumpster rental requires about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck for safe delivery. We bill fairly and keep the paperwork simple.

Our Commitment
The Woodlands Porta Pros exists to make your job easier, not harder. We show up on time and we fix problems the same day. We're based in The Woodlands and we know the local streets, weather patterns and seasonal demand. Summer heat and winter cold both challenge portable equipment; we maintain our units so they perform year-round. ADA accessible porta potties meet ADA Standards section 213.2, with at least 5 percent of clustered units accessible and never fewer than one. We rent to repeat customers because we deliver what we promise. Need emergency septic service? Call us. Confused about how many porta potties you need? We'll walk you through the math. Monthly porta potty rental costs less per day than short-term rentals, and handwashing station rental pairs with toilets where jobs require washing under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2). We also serve Tomball (11.6 miles southwest), Spring (14.5 miles southeast), Magnolia (17.3 miles west), Willis (21.7 miles north) and Humble (25.1 miles southeast).
What makes you different from other porta potty companies?
We own every unit in our fleet and we maintain each one ourselves. No middlemen, no surprises, no excuses. You rent directly from The Woodlands Porta Pros, not from a broker. We answer the phone before lunch and we service your unit that week, not the next month.
Do you rent outside The Woodlands?
Yes. We service the greater Houston area including Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Willis and Humble. Call with your address and we'll confirm if it's in our route. Most customers within 25 miles see the same fast service.
Can I rent a portable toilet for just one day?
Yes. Porta potty rental per day works for events, emergencies and short jobs. Daily rates are higher than weekly or monthly rates, but you only pay for the time you need. We deliver and pick up on your schedule.
What's the difference between a standard unit and a deluxe one?
A standard porta potty rental has a manual flush and is built for durability on job sites. A deluxe flushable porta potty has an electric flush and feels more like a real bathroom. Both get serviced the same way. Deluxe units cost more per day and work best for events where comfort matters.
How do I request a quote?
